  • Entwicklung von Ventilen und Aktuatoren im Abgasmanagement Bereich (AGR-Ventile, Drosselklappen)

  • Identifikation neuer Projekte und Präsentation sowohl für interne als auch externe Kunden

  • Analyse der Patentsituation zu Beginn eines neuen Projektes

  • Projektverfolgung und Überwachung von Zeit, Kosten und Ressourcen mittels der hierfür festgelegten Tools und Methoden

  • Erarbeitung von Infos zum Stand der Technik (Benchmark, Patente, Gesetze usw.)

  • Kontakte zu Kunden, Zulieferern und Dienstleistungen

  • Präsentation von Projekten intern und beim Kunden

  • Freigabe von Projektunterlagen für die Anwendungstechnik und Produktion

  • Koordination der CAD-Aktivitäten zu den eigenen Projekten

  • Koordinierung der Projektaktivitäten zwischen Entwicklung und Labor/Prototypenbau


Job Requirements
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik (Duale Hochschule/Fachhochschule/Universität) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Funktion und Gestaltung von Fahrzeugmotoren (Motorentwicklung, Verbrennungsprozesse, Wirkmechanismen)

  • Gute Kenntnisse in Funktion und Gestaltung von Abgasregelventilen, Drosselklappen oder Aktuatoren sowie idealerweise die damit verbundenen Sensorkenntnisse

  • Kenntnis der üblichen Tools im Automotive-Geschäft (DVP, FMEA, Projektpläne)

  • MS Office- und MS Project-Kenntnisse

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in 3D CAD-Konstruktionssoftware

  • Idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik

  • Sicheres und verbindliches Auftreten beim Kunden
